  • Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in the day-to-day running of the division and act as deputy in their absence.
  • Ensure profitability, deliver operational efficiency, and assist in menu creativity by analysing outlet data, customer feedback, etc. to achieve performance indicators.
  • Encourage proactive and effective inter-departmental communication to foster a climate of teamwork and enthusiasm.
  • Maintain the highest level of Health and Safety and Hygiene.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction from arrival to departure in accordance with standards.
  • Hire, develop, motivate, supervise, and coach F&B department employees.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years in a similar role within luxury hotels.
  • A natural organiser, highly detailed, and able to engage with guests.
  • Strong people leader with prior experience managing diverse teams.
  • Fluent English language skills and presentation ability.
  • Creative, innovative with extensive food and beverage knowledge.
  • Good working knowledge of financial tools and processes (e.g. budgeting).
