Job Overview

We're seeking a talented Business Development Strategist to drive growth and distribution of our award-winning brand portfolio across the UK. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with trade marketing, brand ambassadors, and sales teams to increase brand awareness and establish a broad customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Distribution and Growth: Utilize your network and expertise to create new business opportunities, establish key accounts, and manage customer relationships.
  2. Account Management: Work closely with customers to deliver liquid, brand, and category training, and tastings to embed our brands and drive value.
  3. Category Insights: Share knowledge of craft and premium spirits trends and insights to facilitate decision-making and product ranging.
  4. Trade Marketing: Plan and execute effective A&P investment to ensure positive returns on investment.
  5. Product Availability: Liaise with route-to-market Partner Managers to ensure product availability and accessibility across your account base.
Requirements:
  • Solid Industry Experience: Proven track record of account management within the spirits industry, with a strong commercial acumen.
  • WSET Qualification: Higher Level qualification would be desirable, as would degree-level education.
  • Nationwide Travel: Field-based role requiring nationwide travel; a full UK driving licence is essential.
