Gym Leadership Role

We are looking for a Sports Business Development Director to help us bring The Project PT to Botley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing operations, coaching, and supporting your team to achieve our business goals.
The estimated salary for this role is around £27,350 per year, plus a 50% bonus on part-time income. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and make a real impact.
In this role, you will work closely with our team to create a positive and supportive environment for our members and coaches. You will be responsible for managing operations, including health and safety, and growing the membership base in Botley.
Key qualifications for this role include a strong coaching background, preferably with a Level 3 PT qualification and 5 years of coaching experience. You must also live within 30 minutes of Botley.
