About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Gym Leadership and Development Specialist to join our team at PureGym Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent member experience, supporting the Gym Manager to bring in new joiners, and developing a talent pipeline for our team of fitness professionals.

\

This is a varied role, involving everything from member experience to team development. You will play a key part in creating a great place to work and workout for both your team and gym members. You will support the Gym Manager in leading a team of fitness professionals, ensure high-quality service delivery, and contribute to the growth and retention of our membership base.

\

The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and wellbeing, a Level 2 qualification in gym instructing, and experience teaching group exercise. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of fitness professionals.
