We are Apex Talent Recruitment, a leading recruitment firm in the real estate industry. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Executive PA to join our client's team.

About the Job
  • This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Actively participating in meetings, taking detailed minutes, and following up on action items.
  3. Handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  4. Conducting research and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  5. Screening and directing phone calls and emails, responding promptly and efficiently.
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up.
  7. Assisting in the preparation of board meeting documentation.
  8. Managing and organising files, documents, and records.
  9. Coordinating special projects and events, both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive PA or in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with the role, estimated at £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
