Executive Support Specialist

We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team at Recruitment Chief.
About the Company:
Our client is a global leader in the events industry, specialising in B2B experiences that inspire, inform, and ignite change in the world of people management and workplace innovation.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule Management: Own and manage the CEO's complex schedule across multiple time zones, arranging meetings, travel, and ensuring all commitments are aligned.
- Liaison and Communication: Act as the main liaison between the CEO, Senior Leadership team, and various departments, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Representation: Represent the CEO and the business confidently with external partners, industry leaders, and event attendees.
- CORRESPONDENCE: Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO, knowing when to escalate matters and when to independently resolve issues.
- Meeting Preparation: Proactively prepare for meetings, organising agendas and compiling briefings to ensure the CEO is one step ahead on all matters.
- Presentation Skills: Craft engaging presentations and visually impactful reports, conveying complex information in a polished, accessible format.
- VIP Support: Provide VIP-level support during CEO site visits, making them feel prepared and valued.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in supporting C-level executives, ideally within a high-energy, international environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and effectively.
- Confidence, initiative, and the ability to manage competing demands with grace and efficiency.
- Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation skills, capable of creating visually compelling documents.
- An eye for detail, a proactive approach, and the capability to build relationships across the business.
