We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Customer Engagement Lead to join our team at ASOS. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the development and implementation of customer engagement strategies across multiple channels.

Job Description

  • ">
  • Develop and execute multi-touchpoint, multi-channel customer engagement strategies, including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS, and on-site messaging.">
  • Oversee the day-to-day production of multi-channel communications, including scoping requirements, briefing creative and content teams, data mining, audience building, deployment, and granular reporting.">
  • Analyse customer, campaign, and channel data to identify opportunities to target new customer segments and drive desired behaviour.">
  • Deep dive into CRM performance data to inform and evolve the direction of business-as-usual (BAU) strategy.">
  • Initiate a test and learn strategy to optimise communication effectiveness.">
  • Lead cross-functional projects, assessing workloads, judging areas of risk, and gauging progress to ensure objectives are met and deadlines are adhered to.">
  • Derive and develop highly personalised communications.">
  • Discover new functionality and/or tools that could elevate innovation in communications.">
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of comms technologies to troubleshoot and solve difficult problems and find process efficiencies.">
  • Build solid relationships with cross-functional teams to enable successful delivery of the Customer Growth vision.">
  • Pro-actively recommend initiatives to support business challenges.">
  • Manage, support, and inspire CRM Executives, building a clear development roadmap for them based on objectives that both stretch and complement their knowledge.">

Requirements

  • Experience in handling data across multiple platforms, building segmentations, and utilising complex dynamic conditions.">
  • Numerate, with analytical background useful.">
  • Proficient in Customer Engagement Platforms.">
  • Understanding of basic HTML essential.">
  • Analytical, proactive, and flexible approach.">
  • Ability to work under own initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Must multi-task effectively.">
  • Experience of working with and managing senior stakeholders.">
  • Managed large projects from conception through to delivery.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Line management experience.">
  • Able to effectively prioritise own and others workload.">
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy imperative.">
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.">
  • Ability to teach and train others effectively.">
  • Previous use of data querying software or languages.">
  • Experience in setting up SMS and push campaigns.">
  • Working knowledge of other marketing channels.">
  • Keen interest in marketing, fashion, and e-retail.">
