Strategic Customer Engagement Manager

ROLE SUMMARY
Raise the bar for AWS customer success by developing and executing strategic engagement plans that drive revenue growth and adoption of AWS services in the UKI region. Collaborate closely with AWS Service teams to develop commercial business models, inspire and influence key stakeholders, and advise on commercial deal terms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute engagement plans that drive revenue growth and adoption of AWS services in the UKI region.
• Commercial Model Development: Partner with AWS Service teams to develop commercial business models that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Inspire and influence key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT teams, and procurement, to empower customers to address business challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Deal Consulting: Advise on commercial deal terms, including pricing, contracts, and service level agreements.
• Alignment and Communication: Facilitate alignment and effective communication between internal and external stakeholders to resolve conflicts and encourage productive interactions.
• Continuous Improvement: Cultivate best practices through analysis and reporting to support continuous improvements in customer engagement and revenue growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Strategic Customer Engagements team in the UKI region is part of AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services. We are responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector.
