About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch). As a key member of our Strategic Customer Engagements (SCE) team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue, adoption, and growth from our largest and fastest-growing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with AWS Service teams to develop commercial business models and create frameworks that impact customer outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the development of commercial strategy and deals, executing the deal sales cycle for strategic commercial opportunities.
  • Advise and construct commercial deal terms, understanding the competitive landscape and providing deal guidance.
  • Foster alignment and effective AWS communication with internal and external stakeholders to resolve conflicts and encourage productive interactions.
  • Cultivate best practices through analysis and reporting in support of continuous improvements.
