About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team in the North East of England. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships with large Housing Associations, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new lending opportunities, growing existing client relationships, and working closely with our Social Housing Debt Finance team to proactively target new markets. With a strong network within the Social Housing sector, you will be able to provide expert advice to clients, advisors, and industry bodies.

This role requires a deep understanding of the UK's real estate market, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. As a senior member of our team, you will be expected to coach and develop other team members, leading by example and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new lending opportunities across the North East region
  • Grow and maintain existing client relationships, delivering exceptional service and value
  • Work closely with our Social Housing Debt Finance team to identify new market trends and opportunities
  • Provide expert advice to clients, advisors, and industry bodies on real estate investment and partnership opportunities

What We Offer:
