About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to lead our channel sales efforts in the UK North. As a key member of our team, you'll develop and execute a channel strategy to drive business growth, build relationships with key channel partners, and expand existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a channel strategy to achieve business growth targets
  • Lead the development of partnerships across the UK, including identifying new opportunities and building relationships with key channel partners
  • Manage and nurture existing partnerships, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Foster a collaborative ecosystem, working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring alignment with the channel strategy

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need 5+ years of experience in partner relationship management, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a strong track record of driving value-based customer success and exceeding revenue targets in a fast-growth environment.

You'll be based in the UK North, working closely with your team and customer base. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as a passion for innovation and a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

A competitive salary of £100k-120k per annum, plus uncapped OTE and excellent benefits.
