Executive Sales Director

We are seeking an Head of Corporate Sales Growth to join our Vend Tech Group team. This role offers the opportunity to promote a comprehensive suite of payment solutions within a dynamic and competitive market, contributing to the success of innovative fintech products.
The successful candidate will have experience selling complex, multi-channel payment solutions or technology to businesses with £20m+ revenue. They will possess a strong commercial acumen, with a consultative and solution-driven approach to sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders, are essential.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a strategic sales approach, identifying and engaging key decision-makers, and managing the full sales cycle. The successful candidate will also collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align client expectations and post-sale outcomes.
Estimated salary: £95,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
