At SoftServe, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Networking Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment where your relationship-building and sales skills can shine.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with rainmakers (agencies, individuals) and leveraging their networks to create business opportunities. They will also be the key player in expanding and maintaining our network of strategic contacts in the IT sales ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Bridging the gap between external partners and our upper management by scheduling impactful meetings
- Contributing directly to the company's growth by identifying high-value opportunities and fostering partnerships that deliver results
- Building relationships with universities to develop mutual initiatives that support business goals and nurture future talent
- A highly social individual with a strong professional network and a passion for building meaningful connections
- Experienced in sales processes within the IT outsourcing industry, with a readiness for identifying useful contacts and opportunities
- Skilled in relationship management, contract negotiation, and partnership development
