About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Customer Experience Team at everyLIFE Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our product team to understand customer needs and provide effective training and support. Your strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities will enable you to identify customer challenges and propose innovative solutions that drive business growth.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits including private healthcare, 25 days holiday, and life insurance. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a team that is passionate about making a meaningful impact on the care sector.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in account management, with 5+ years of experience and 2+ years in a senior account management role. Strong presentation and training skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential. Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) and other relevant tools is also required.
