Account Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Development Director to drive business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution.

Job Overview:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans that meet or exceed company objectives.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and motivate a team of account managers and coordinators to achieve sales targets and improve client relationships.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective account development strategies to expand existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in account development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, tactics, and channels.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
