Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant - Smoking Cessation Specialist to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in devising and delivering client-led treatment plans, effectively addressing quit attempts and ensuring comprehensive support for clients from local communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement client-led treatment plans in accordance with national and local guidelines, focusing on effective quit attempt resolution.
- Clinical Support: Provide one-to-one clinics with an emphasis on supporting clients from local communities, including phone support.
- Service Enhancement: Contribute to service improvement by generating registration through networking and re-engagement projects.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of smoking cessation strategies, and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
