**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development and Growth Strategist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in the renewable energy and building services sectors.
In this part-time role, you will have the flexibility to work from home and manage your own hours. We would ideally like you to be in the office 2-3 days a week during training, but we can work around your needs.
Once you have passed probation, you will transition to a £25,000 base salary plus commission, with continued flexibility in hours.
**What You Will Do:**
- Generate new business opportunities by calling potential clients and securing recruitment opportunities.
- Work closely with our team to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
