Business Expansion Strategist Role

Candidate Source is seeking a Business Expansion Strategist to lead our sales development efforts and drive business growth in the UK's contract manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling technical products to Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective sales support and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK's contract manufacturing sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective sales support and process improvement

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of the UK's electronics manufacturing sector and market trends
