Omnichannel Strategist

PE Global are currently recruiting for a Omnichannel Strategist for a contract role with a leading multinational Pharma client, based in Basingstoke.
The role of the Omnichannel Strategist is critical to the evolution of our marketing and customer engagement capabilities to drive exceptional customer experiences with brands in our key therapy areas. Our OCE Strategist will be responsible for leading the orchestration of omnichannel initiatives in a dedicated therapy area or geography. Through effective cross-functional partnership, this role has a unique opportunity to have a great impact on best-in-class customer experiences. The key goal of this role is to help transform our business and operations towards improved outcomes for HCPs and their patients.
Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Strategy Campaign Planning & Execution: Actively participate in omnichannel campaign planning and successfully own the development, approval, and launch of key digital assets (websites, source of authorities (SOA), emails, etc…).
- Digital Channel Ownership:
Collaborate with OCE Strategist to develop digital engagement strategy
Lead the creation, approval and launch of the key digital assets
Adopt and rollout new technologies to increase overall brand awareness
Own and manage SEO strategy in partnership with Global cross-functional teams
Drive modular content creation adoption
- Campaign Measurement & Optimization: Support OCE Strategist with establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of digital initiatives and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and ROI.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including E&C, Code Reviewers, and external stakeholders (website design agency, SOA) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives and clear process layouts.
Requirements
The Ideal candidate will have Digital/omnichannel experience within Pharma or the healthcare industry and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
