**Billing Administrator Job Summary**

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join our team in Harrogate. As a key member of our Billings Team, you will be responsible for providing accurate, timely, and informative billing and metering administration and front-facing customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Managing the production of credit billing cycles and exceptions to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Maintaining and updating time-critical customer and meter data to ensure the accurate operation of Pay as you go equipment.
  • Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Identifying customer needs and promoting digital self-help features to enhance the customer experience.
  • Escalating and resolving complaints in accordance with current policy and timescales.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong mathematical and data-handling skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or billing/finance environment.

**Salary Range:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
