Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Billing Clerk to join our team at Sewell Wallis. As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for raising credit notes, processing contract data, and performing ad-hoc tasks to support the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Raise credit notes to ensure accurate billing and resolve any discrepancies.
  2. Process contract data for recurring revenue, including New Business, Up sell, Upgrade and Renewals.
  3. Process contract data for one-off sales, including setups, installation, professional services, and hardware.
  4. Enter data accurately within the D365 F&O billing platform to maintain high standards.
  5. Cancelling actions within the billing platform to ensure timely invoicing.
  6. Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the team and drive success.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a Finance team to contribute to business growth.
  • Excellent Excel skills to analyze and manage data effectively.
  • Able to work hybridly, splitting time between office and remote work.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
