CV-Library is seeking a skilled Financial Planning Support Administrator to join our team. As a highly organised and detail-focused individual, you'll provide administrative support to our Financial Planners and Advisers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role

This is a 9-Month Maternity cover contract, providing a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all notes are up to date on the back-office system.
  • Process new investments and policies, including Pension and SIPP contracts, Investment and Protection policies for Personal and Business clients.
  • Manage online fund switches from start to finish.
  • Update client portfolios, adding new clients and maintaining content, including contributions and withdrawals.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience working in a Financial Planning support role.
  • Familiarity with Client Management systems such as Intelliflo / First.
  • Experience working with online platforms like AEGON, Transact, or AJ Bell.
  • Desirable: Further qualifications within Financial Advice / Planning or working towards your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice.
