We are looking for an Administrative Assistant - Financial to join our team at On a Roll Sandwich Company. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, completing online customer purchasing portals, and providing support to your colleagues.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate financial records by supporting the maintenance of the sales/purchase ledger.
  2. Complete online customer purchasing portals.
  3. Perform weekly sales ledger balancing.
  4. Open new customer accounts in line with company policy.
  5. Ensure customer accounts and invoices have the necessary detail and supporting documents to ensure prompt payment.
  6. Follow company policies and procedures.
  7. Support your accounts colleagues and demonstrate flexibility.
  8. File sales/purchase ledger based documents.
  9. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to compliance regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an accounts role is essential.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage is desirable.
  • A good understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles.

Estimated salary: £25,000 per annum.

Working Conditions
  • Monday to Friday working hours.
  • Ability to commute/relocate to Middlesbrough required.
