Billing Operations Manager

Job Title: Billing Clerk
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Billing Clerk to join our team at Sewell Wallis. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising credit notes, processing contract data, and performing ad-hoc tasks to support the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise credit notes to ensure accurate billing and resolve any discrepancies.
- Process contract data for recurring revenue, including New Business, Up sell, Upgrade and Renewals.
- Process contract data for one-off sales, including setups, installation, professional services, and hardware.
- Enter data accurately within the D365 F&O billing platform to maintain high standards.
- Cancelling actions within the billing platform to ensure timely invoicing.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the team and drive success.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a Finance team to contribute to business growth.
- Excellent Excel skills to analyze and manage data effectively.
- Able to work hybridly, splitting time between office and remote work.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
