**Job Description:**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Billing Administrator to join our team in Harrogate. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production of credit billing cycles and exceptions, maintaining and updating time-critical customer and meter data, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical and data-handling skills, with previous experience in a similar role or billing/finance environment. We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, as well as benefits such as holiday entitlement, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.

  • Delivery of accurate and timely billing and metering administration.
  • Exception rates and resolution times.
  • Customer satisfaction ratings.
