We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all aspects of financial operations within a thriving construction company. The successful candidate will have a background in finance and the ability to shape the financial future of a growing business.

About the RoleThe Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
The role will involve:
- Budgeting and forecasting to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making
- Financial reporting to provide timely and accurate information to senior management and other stakeholders
- Cash flow management to ensure efficient and effective use of company resources
- Financial analysis to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A degree in finance or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a financial role, preferably in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- An estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
