Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and numerate Professional Compensation Analyst to join our team at Morson Talent. In this role, you will be responsible for helping update country base pay ranges using an excel-based tool, reviewing market data, producing data analytics, identifying anomalies, and coordinating local reviews with the reward team members in the regions.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have the ability to take ownership and use their own initiative to achieve objectives, work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and tasks, and have strong Excel skills with an ability to move from data insights to solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Update country base pay ranges using an excel-based tool and review market data to produce data analytics.
  2. Identify anomalies and coordinate local reviews with the reward team members in the regions.
  3. Support the annual pay review process by preparing planning groups, ensuring system readiness and testing, and advising business-facing HR on processes.

Key Skills:

  1. Highly analytical and numerate with strong Excel skills.
  2. Ability to take ownership and use own initiative.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and tasks.
  4. HR Technology skills in Workday, Marketpay or similar HR/analytics tools is a plus.
  5. Experience of pay structures, pay reviews, and benchmarking is also a plus.

Contract Details:

This contract is expected to last from November 25, 2024, to March 15, 2025. The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. If you are a motivated and organized individual looking for a new challenge, please apply now.
