Role Summary

We are looking for an accomplished Global Compensation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in benchmarking compensation programmes and experience in designing and implementing compensation structures. Strong analytical and organisational skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Developing and maintaining compensation structures
