**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our Commercial Property Management team at Savills. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our properties by handling various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication across the business and with tenants, and maintaining essential documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate, and exceptional IT skills, specifically in Excel and Word. A positive 'can-do' attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to take ownership but work as part of a team are also essential.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out a wide variety of administrative tasks, including extracting lease information, updating internal systems and schedules, chasing tenant arrears, and liaising with suppliers. They will also act as a conduit for tenant communications, onboard and offboard new tenants, and change tenancies with utility providers.
