Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our HR department as a Talent Advisor. This is a fast-paced and varied role where you will partner with key stakeholders across the organization and support the Learning & Development (L&D) and Recruitment teams to deliver an excellent service to the business.
About the Role
- Manage L&D administrative activities, including new starters/leavers, training records, L&D inbox & communications, Learning Needs Request process, and updating Learning Management Systems.
- Oversee Recruitment administrative activities, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulation.
- Track budgets, including forecasting activity, managing invoices, and being the departmental expert in Concur.
- Produce dashboards for the L&D and Recruitment teams.
- Liaise with Inclusion Network leads to create activity calendars and coordinate events.
- Coordinate the Inclusion Network meeting, compiling packs and gathering diversity data.
About You
We are looking for someone with exceptional administration and coordination skills, adept at multitasking and managing shifting priorities. You should have experience in planning and organizing tasks, projects, and events.
Key Requirements:
- Able to handle confidential information and data with discretion.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including using Excel for tracking and reporting.
