Reception and Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Reception and Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Outpatients at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, including experience in filing and reception.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with wards, clinical staff, GPs, and Trust support staff via phone, email, or in person.
- Provide a caring and professional approach to patients and visitors while performing reception and appointment duties.
Requirements:
- Clerical/administration experience including filing and/or reception.
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths.
- Excellent telephone/reception manner, flexible approach, and good IT skills including Microsoft packages.
Compensation: £23,615 per annum pro rata, based on a 30-hour workweek.
