- Schedule work efficiently for teams operating under high demand
- Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations
- Immediate availability with proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly via email
- Ability to commute to the office location as needed
