Responsibilities include:
- Office Coordination: Oversee office maintenance, manage supplies, and coordinate courier services.
- Security: Ensure office security processes are followed.
- Admin Support: Diary management, schedule meetings, coordinate travel and accommodation.
- Procurement and Payables: Process expenses, manage accounts payables.
- Client Liaison: Support the sales team and manage client-facing documents
Suitable candidates will have experience in administration, be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
