Job DescriptionThis Administrative Coordinator position involves providing administrative support to the clinical team, handling telephone contacts with service users, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, and a degree of resilience when working under pressure.
Required Skills and Qualifications- NVQ Level 3 in Business & Administration or equivalent experience
- Proficient IT Skills (Including Word, Excel and MS Office packages)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of routine and non-routine administrative procedures acquired through qualification or experience
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Demonstrates clear understanding of the principles of confidentiality
