Administrative Support Coordinator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Classpop. This part-time role will provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and general office tasks.
Salary: £25-30 per hour (dependent on experience)
Location: Remote, with flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a high level of attention to detail. They will be responsible for maintaining the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining the CEO's calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are up-to-date.
- Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Performing general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office management.
- Providing administrative support for special projects and initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Benefits
This is a part-time role, requiring approximately 10-15 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
