CV-Library, a leading job board, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator (HR) to join its team. This exciting opportunity is a great chance to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As an Administrative Coordinator (HR), you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Team by providing administrative and coordinating support to ensure the smooth delivery of a proactive administrative and operational HR service to all UK offices. Key responsibilities include onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee variations, data integrity and systems, training, offboarding, and ad hoc support, projects, and queries.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an office environment is desirable.
  • HR Admin experience is desirable.
  • A positive attitude with a strong work ethic is key.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is essential.
  • Experience of an HR system would be good to have but is not essential.
  • Strong client focus, proactive approach towards delivery of duties, and positive attitude to tasks.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and use of own initiative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • Strong team player, committed, and willing to take on new challenges.
  • Ability to accommodate changing workload priorities.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
