Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO's schedule and coordinating company events.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. You will be responsible for:
- Organizing and maintaining the CEO's calendar
- Assisting in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives
- Planning and coordinating company events and meetings
- Performing general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
This is a part-time position (10-15 hours per week) that can be fulfilled from anywhere in the world due to its fully remote nature.
CompensationWe offer a competitive salary of £12,000 - £18,000 per year, depending on experience.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
