Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Bristol Dental Hospital.

Job Description

This is a full-time, band 3 post that involves managing patient communications, liaising with clinical and non-clinical teams, and maintaining stationery and essential items. You will also be responsible for receiving referrals from primary care and registering referral details onto PAS, as well as booking patient appointments by telephone and arranging appointment-related services.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who is flexible, organised, and has effective communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience of dealing with the public, both on the telephone and in person, and will have good IT skills including Microsoft packages.

We offer a competitive salary of around £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
