Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide seamless guest experiences, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for. As a Guest Services Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, collaborating with the Guest Relations Manager to improve the guest journey, and supporting the reception and concierge teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience
    • Provide considered and personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
    • Collaborate with the Guest Relations Manager to review and improve the guest journey in response to guest feedback.
    • Engage with guests throughout their stay to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Front of House Support
    • Support the reception and concierge teams in delivering exceptional guest service.
    • Ensure the Front of House team is aware of business in the hotel through effective communication and use of internal channels.
  • VIP Services
    • Flag VIPs accordingly and ensure the correct amenities are applied.
    • Conduct research on each guest to provide personalized service.
    • Check VIP rooms to ensure hotel standards are met and amenities are in place.
