About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Coordinator Shift Leader to join our team at Coworth Park Hotel. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support Guest Service Receptionists to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes
  • Assist with billing and folio management to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Liaise with VIP guests to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Deal promptly and effectively with guest concerns and complaints
  • Conduct shift handovers with the Guest Service Manager to ensure continuity and consistency
  • Identify training needs for Guest Service Receptionists and communicate these to management
  • Carry out on-the-job training with Guest Service Receptionists
  • Act as an ambassador for the hotel, promoting our values and standards
Requirements
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations
  • Experience of Opera and excellent IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office
  • Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
