About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Services Assistant to join our team at Coworth Park. As a Guest Services Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring they feel at home and receive the best possible experience.
  • Handle luggage delivery and collection with efficiency and care.
  • Provide a positive first impression of the hotel to all passers-by and visitors.
  • Show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests' special requests and challenges.
