As a leading provider of Telecommunication Infrastructure Services, M Group Services Limited T/A Morrison Telecom Services operates four businesses across the UK and Ireland. We are seeking a skilled Business Development and Account Manager to join our team in the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and maximising business opportunities within existing accounts. This role involves working closely with the team to identify and secure new business opportunities outside of our existing client-base.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus benefits such as 25 days annual leave, a matched pension scheme, and access to our staff discount portal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and cultivate key client relationships
  • Manage new business leads and work closely with the Commercial team
  • Work closely with Operational teams to ensure reputation is maintained throughout
  • Support Managing Directors and Business Unit leads to understand client perspective

Requirements:

  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport
  • Good levels of English and math's to aid understanding of client scopes
  • A passion for business development and customer service
  • A valid driving license
