About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Account Manager to join our team in the UK. This role offers a great chance to grow your career and contribute to our company's success.

As a Business Development Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and developing a deep understanding of our client organisations.

The scope of work includes:

  • Turnkey plan, design, and build of Next Generation Access infrastructure
  • Civil network installation
  • Replacement and refurbishment of networks
  • Network cabling, jointing, and splicing
  • New service installations and repair
  • Specialist support and network auditing
  • Fixed infrastructure build

You will work closely with the Commercial and Operational teams to ensure we proactively engage with opportunities and maximise our secured pipeline. You will also support our Managing Directors and Business Unit leads to help them understand the clients perspective and ensure we maintain a close relationship with our operational colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth understanding of our client offering
  • Identify new opportunities to enable the fulfilment of our 5-year business plan, ensuring activity is targeted by geography and workstream
  • Manage and take responsibility for the successful progression of specific bids as Bid Manager and where required, provide to any other nominated Bid Manager in the team
  • Develop and create bid materials, including client presentations
  • Work with the wider team Business Development and Account Management team to develop and maintain delivery case studies and client offering collateral; engage with the Marketing team where needed
  • Contribute your ideas to help shape our future client offering, providing market insight on services required
  • Attend client and industry events and conferences to represent our Fixed Telecom business
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
