About the Role:

To be a successful In Store Cleaner at NEXT, you will:

  • Work to a busy schedule to maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including sales floors, offices, staffroom, toilet facilities, and general back areas.
  • Utilize various cleaning techniques across all areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Ensure the safety of yourself, colleagues, and customers by correctly using and storing equipment and materials.
  • Be a supportive team member, assisting with stock deliveries or sales floor service when needed.

About You:

  • You are meticulous and methodical in your work, adhering to Health and Safety procedures.
  • You take pride in your work and approach tasks with energy and enthusiasm.
  • You are calm, efficient, and friendly, even in busy situations.
  • You are flexible and willing to help the store during peak periods.

What's Next:

As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment, which includes a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will review the successfully completed applications and contact those who match the job criteria closest to arrange an initial interview.
