Supporting Individuals with Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Assisting with daily tasks and activities, promoting independence and choice
  • Supporting individuals to develop skills and achieve their goals
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate, rising to £ per hour from 1st October 2024
  • A mixture of early, late, and sleep-in shifts, including sleep-ins paid at £54 per shift plus 12% holiday pay
  • 33 days of annual leave, including eight days statutory bank holidays
  • 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, and 50% for key dates over Christmas
  • Training and development opportunities, including a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Health, retail, and cash incentives to use as you wish

Requirements:

  • A full driving licence is desirable but not essential
