Senior Community Learning Disability Nurse Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Community Learning Disability Nurse to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and management to nursing and healthcare support staff within their designated area of work at Oxford Health Foundation Trust.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to progress into a Band 6 Community role, or an existing Band 6 Nurse, to work alongside a range of health professionals in supporting individuals with learning disabilities in North Oxfordshire.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing a complex caseload of patients with learning disabilities, being accountable for conducting comprehensive nursing assessments, creating care plans, and implementing nursing interventions.
- Developing a variety of care plans (e.g., Positive Behaviour Support, epilepsy care) and ensuring the inclusion of patients' and carers' views in these evidence-based plans.
Salary Range: £34,434 - £45,569 per annum, dependent on experience
