Nursing Home Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to fill the position of Nursing Home Leadership Position at a leading healthcare provider in the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and oversight to ensure that care standards are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure that care standards are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with General Managers to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £58,000 - £78,000 per annum, depending on experience.
