Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Care Planner to join our Banbury team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling nursing and care resources to meet the needs of our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Branch Manager in achieving business targets.
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Ensure seamless communication with carers and clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sustainable growth.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
