Prestige Nursing & Care is a leading provider of home care services, and we are seeking a dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team in Banbury. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients in their own homes.
Job Description- Deliver person-centered care to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
- Assist with medication management, including administration and ordering.
- Provide personal care and hygiene support, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Help with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.
- No prior experience required, full training provided.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- A valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Good professional and personal references.
- A competitive salary of £12.63 per hour for weekdays, £13.89 per hour for evenings, and £13.01 per hour for weekends.
