Job Summary:
Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse in our Oak Ward. Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for deputising in the absence of the Ward Manager, assisting and providing leadership to the ward teams in delivering a high standard of care. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining clinical skills and knowledge, working collaboratively across professional boundaries, ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework, and championing service user safety and driving continuous improvement.

Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong nursing background, with a minimum of several years' experience in acute care. They should also have evidence of achievement on a Nursing and Midwifery-approved Mentorship qualification. In addition, they should be able to lead the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of policies and protocols relevant to the area of practice.

Estimated Salary:£50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
